Abstract:		 In response to a condition on the planning permission for construction of a single storey extension and associated drainage works, the Heritage Network was commissioned to undertake a photographic record of the buildings and the archaeological monitoring of the groundworks. The monitoring revealed a 12th to 14th century gully, three modern linear features and a series of walls associated with a 19th century lavatory block.
