Abstract: |
Archaeological excavation comprising two trenches covering 1000m. Trench 1 revealed a number of mostly sterile pits and two larger intercutting examples from which quantities of Carinated Ware Neolithic pottery and around half of a shale bangle were recovered along with well preserved charcoal. Post medieval stone extraction pits were recorded. Trench 2 revealed no significant remains. |
