Abstract:		 Archaeological watching brief during groundworks associated with the construction of a replacement agricultural dwelling. Groundworks comprised the stripping of topsoil and subsoil onto natual subsoil of the building area and trackway. No archaeological features or deposits were exposed. A single chert flake and a small assemblage of post-medieval pottery were recovered.
