Abstract: |
In September 2007, Archaeological Services and Consultancy Ltd. undertook an evaluation at 26-30 Blythe Hill Lane, Catford, London. The client, without archaeological supervision, excavated one 'T' shaped evaluation trench. The sections of this showed disturbance likely to be a result of terracing. One large pit filled with modern brick rubble was also noted in the NW half of the trench. No archaeological remains were observed and it is unlikely that significant archaeology is present on the site. |
