The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A programme of trench evaluation (June 2007) and building recording (April 2008) was carried out on land at Masons Yard, Fore Street, Holbeton, Devon in advance of proposed residential development. Following review of the evaluation results, a further programme of monitoring and recording was carried out in June -July 2009. A small number of medieval field ditches and banks were exposed, together with limited evidence of horticultural activity.
