Abstract:		 This document contains the results of an archaeological desk based assessment that was undertaken at the site of a proposed development at Plough Lane, Hereford. It is proposed to develop the land to create a new car park and access road. The assessment indicated that the land has always been in agricultural use with little urbanized disturbance, however the potential for historical assets remains.
