Abstract:		 A photographic survey (carried out in March 2010) in advance of works to convert an existing freestanding barn alongside Garden Cottage into ancillary residential accommodation. The existing group comprises of the principal house, which is Grade II listed, with the detached barn within its curtilage which is also Grade II listed. The barn is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a stone tiled roof, the interior of the barn is open to the roof.
