Abstract:		 An Archaeological evaluation to investigate the presence or absence of archaeological remains at 197 Balham High Road, Balham, London Borough of Wandsworth. Two trenches were postioned on the site and reduced in spits until natural Boyn Hill Gravel was reached. Neither trench contained any evidence of archaeological activity predating the 19th century.
