Abstract: |
Level 2 recording of two houses (nos. 51 and 53, and no. 57) associated with Westminster City School. The houses were contemporary with the main school block, constructed in 1876 in the Gothic Revival style. The school was originally a boarding school of the United Westminster (Endowed) Schools, and amalgamation of four local schools, but became Westminster City School in 1890. The houses were built as masters' and headmasters' lodgings. |
