Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was undertaken on behalf of Mr D Samra at 46, High Street, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire (NGR: SO 893 330; GSMR ref. unassigned). Structural remains in the form of 3 brick walls were recorded which correlate with structures shown on the 1st edition Ordnance survey map and date to the 19th century. Several thick soil deposits overlay the natural silty-sand and gravel deposit, the former of which did not contain any datable materials, and are likely garden soils.
