Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was undertaken between the 4th- 7th April 2011 at St Giles Church, Ickenham. Archaeological monitoring was required on two trenches, which were dug to facilitate the installation of new lighting.The only deposits encountered in either of the two trenches were modern topsoil and subsoil within which no discrete archaeological features were observed.
