Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was maintained at Baldwins, Keymer, West Sussex, during the groundworks associated with the construction of a new dwelling, after the demolition of three existing outbuildings. A large quantity of pottery and glass were recovered most of which dated to the late Post Medieval period. A modern brick built soak-away was discovered but no other archaeological features were noted.
