Abstract: |
An evaluation comprising two trial trenches revealed two ditches, one contaiining a small piece of probable 11th-12th century pottery and one a small piece of daub. Two, probably residual flint flakes indicated small scale prehistoric flintworking in the vicinity. A small pond had been backfilled in the 1950s. |
