Abstract:		 Northamptonshire Archaeology carried out archaeological recording and analysis on 43 Hipper Street South, a Victorian lodging house, together with houses at 39 Hipper Street South and 23 East View. The first two are late 19th-century, and the third is an early 20th-century building, but none retain elements or details of their original build or occupation/use. All were derelict at the time of survey.
