Abstract:		 An Archaeological Evaluation comprising 3 trenches totalling 37.75m were excavated to assess the potential of thesite prior to redevelopment as a residential block. Though the site lay within an area of high potential for medieval remains previous development of the site had destroyed any archaeological remains that had been present.
