Abstract:
A level 2 building survey undertaken of former brewery building, more latterly used as a nightclub, prior to proposed conversion to dwellings. The survey revealed that this building may have formed part of the earliest phase of the brewery complex to survive on the site, and consisted of a former two storey house with Georgian doorway and sash windows, and part of a possible brewery building of unknown function.
