Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief took place on the site of a new residential property to the rear of 22 Drum Street, Gilmerton, Edinburgh. Upstanding sandstone boundary walls were recorded and an interpretation of their date and function was undertaken. The excavation of foundation trenches was monitored. No archaeological remains were recorded |
