Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was carried out between September and October 2010 by Northamptonshire Archaeology on land at Park Lane, Castle Donington, Leicestershire, in response to a planning application for a proposed residential development and associated highway works. The evaluation revealed only limited archaeology, specifically an Iron Age pit and gullies, a Romano-British ditch, an undated ditch and a hedge-line.
