Abstract:		 In September 2009 ASC undertook an archaeological evaluation at 2 Cattle Dyke, Gorefield, Cambridgeshire, prior to the construction of three properties on the site. Three trial trenches were excavated within the footprint of the new buildings. Two possible dykes, one backfilled in the late 18th century and the other backfilled in the 20th, were revealed, as well as an undated ditch and a modern posthole.
