Abstract:		 The investigation comprised of thirty trial trenches corresponding to the areas of most disturbance (road ways, service trenches and turbine bases). Evidence gained from these trial trenches show a very low level of archeology within the development area. Artefacts recovered did show evidence of Roman presence and could be associated with the settlement at Linton village.
