Abstract:		 A programme of archaeological monitoring was carried out from 26th February to the 1st March 2013 on behalf of the M and J Timber Ltd in support of the construction of a new shed and forming of car parking at 12 Lade Street, Largs, North Ayrshire (12/00404/PP). In the course of the archaeological monitoring no significant archaeology was uncovered, only features relating to the 19th century were uncovered including a well.
