Abstract:		 The site has seen no previous development. There are no designated heritage assets within the immediate vicinity. In terms of heritage assets of archaeological interest - specifically buried archaeological remains - the site has low potential for early prehistoric and Saxon remains, moderate potential for late prehistoric or Roman remain and moderate potential for remains related to medieval and post-medieval usage of the site as agricultural land and high potential for post-medieval activity associated with coal-mining .
