Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	A watching brief was carried out during the erection of a new fence within the Torre Abbey Scheduled monument. The post-holes and a trench for a bollard were excavated entirely through modern deposits. The only feature that may have any archaeological significance is possible wall remnant F103 recorded in post-hole 69. The lack of any associated dating evidence and the limited size of the intervention precludes any meaningful interpretation and dating.
