Abstract: |
Northamptonshire Archaeology was commissioned by Manor Oak Homes to conduct an archaeological evaluation, comprising the excavation of nine trial trenches, on land at Priory Lane, Marcham. The excavations identified ditches and gullies dating to the Saxo-Norman period, which produced a small pottery assemblage, and remnant furrows of a later medieval/post-medieval ridgeand furrow field system. |
