Abstract:		 Border Archaeology was instructed by Barry Morgan Esq., of the Yarpole Community Group Project, on behalf of the PCC, to carry out archaeological observation of groundworks relating to the conversion of the western part of the nave of St Leonard's Church, Yarpole, Herefordshire, to a village shop and post office, comprising reduction of the existing floor level and access works to the SW of the S porch (NGR: SO 46952 64828) (Planning ref:DCNW2008/2130/F).
