The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 MOLA Northampton was commissioned by CgMs Consulting to carry out archaeological trial trenching on Cox's land, Leicester Forest East prior to proposed development. Seventeen trenches were excavated. A shallow ditch and possible ditch terminal were undated but may relate to old field boundaries. The brick foundations of a post-medieval to modern farm building were also observed. Modern disturbance on the site probably relates to the construction of the adjacent M1 in the 1960s.
