Abstract: |
The Centre for Applied Archaeology was commissioned by PH Property Holdings to carry out an archaeological watching brief during the on-site excavation works at the site of the Newton Hall Farm, Lees Lane, Mottram St Andrew centred on NGR: SJ 88027 80708. The aim of this work was to identify the extent and nature of any archaeological remains on the site in advance of the hard and soft landscaping of the area. On-site excavations were carried out between March and August 2013. |
