Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of a proposed development. A previous desk-based assessment identified the site had some archaeological potential. Five trial trenches were excavated. No significant archaeological deposits were revealed except for three late prehistoric flints and a single sherd of post-medieval pottery. All of these finds were unstratified within the top-soil and subsoil. [Au(adp)]
