Abstract: |
A desktop study followed by a brief visit and walkover survey was undertaken to identify and assess archaeological remains and archaeological potential in an area of proposed road improvements. The key identified sites included two settlements of medieval origin with their associated field boundaries and lanes, developed through to the present day. The potential presence of prehistoric remains was also noted. [AIP] |
