Abstract: |
A heritage audit, undertaken before refurbishment of the current hotel building, identified a range of historic buildings, dating between the 16th and 19th century and established the outlines of the historic development of this area of Stow. Limited evidence for medieval occupation was recorded in test pits. The assessment recommended building surveys and evaluation trenches. [Au(adp)] |
