Abstract:		 Level 2 field survey of 15 threatened sites located along the North East coast between Whitby and Berwick upon Tweed. Palaeoenvironmental sampling was also undertaken at 4 sites. Part of English Heritage's wider ongoing Rapid Coastal Zone Assessments (RCZA). Aimed to locate, record and assess the level of threat faced by heritage assets along the coast.
