Abstract:		 On the 29th of September 2010 Oxford Archaeology East undertook an evaluation at 5 Ashley Road, Chevelely. 35 metres of trenches of were excavated in the front and rear gardens of the existing bungalow in advance of redevelopment of the whole plot. No archaeological remains or artefacts were observed and natural geology was reached at approximately 0.6m below the ground surface.
