Abstract: |
Between the 9th and 10th July 2014 Oxford Archaeology East conducted archaeological test pitting at the Trinity School, Foxton. The project was a community project working with pupils of the school alongside professional OAE archaeologists and the work was located in the school garden (TL 5411 2485). The archaeological remains included two parallel concrete walls, probably part of a 1950s raft foundation for a shed or outdoors storage unit, and a Victorian rubbish pit. |
