Abstract:		 Mouchel has been commissioned to implement a programme of historic landscape survey prior to the commencement of construction works for the Lincoln Eastern Bypass scheme. The scheme will involve the loss of some historic landscape features and will change the shape and size of existing field patterns as well as long distance views across the landscape.
