Abstract:		 An archaeological field evaluation was undertaken on land at MIRA, Higham on the Hill, Leicestershire by the University of Leicester Archaeological Services (ULAS) between the 25th of August and the 20th of September 2010. The archive will be deposited with the Leicestershire Museums Services under Accession Number X.A.114.2011. Two areas of Roman roadside occupation were recorded, with post holes and roof tile suggesting buildings on site. Other remains consisted of an undated stone spread, a ditch that could be Roman or earlier, an undated pit and brick-built structures connected with the airfield.
