AB Heritage was commissioned by Maven Plan Limited to produce an Archaeological Desk Based Assessment covering the proposed redevelopment of land surrounding 73-75 High Street, Orpington. No impact on any known archaeological remains will arise from the proposed development. No adverse effect on the settings of any Listed Buildings, or the Registered Park/Garden has been identified.
