Abstract:		 In November 2014 KDK Archaeology Ltd undertook a watching brief and trial trench evaluation at 31 Luton Road/ 2a Howard Close, Wilstead, Bedfordshire, on behalf of Blakeney Developments Ltd. Both elements of the works showed that the site had been heavily truncated, levelled and generally disturbed since its redevelopment in the 1990s from agricultural land. No archaeological features or finds were made.
