Abstract: |
Statement of Significance: Brigflatts has exceptional heritage significance as the earliest purpose-built meeting house in the north of England, retaining a richly fitted interior and an unspoilt rural setting. The vernacular building is Grade 1 listed, and important as a destination for visitors as well as a meeting house for Quaker worship. |
