Abstract:		 Desk-based assessment conducted in advance of a proposed development at Trentworthy, Devon. There is no direct evidence for activity on the site prior to the medieval period, though note must be made of a barrow 550 m to the south. Archaeological deposits relating to field systems of the later medieval and post-medieval period are likely to survive on the site.
