Abstract:		 Archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken by South West Archaeology Ltd. (SWARCH) at the request of Aeolus Power Ltd. (the Client) during groundworks associated with the construction of a single wind turbine; accompanying access track, crane hardstanding area and cable trenching on land at Densham Farm, Ashreigney, Torridge, Devon. The monitoring was carried out by P. Webb on 27th August 2015. This work was undertaken in accordance with a Written Scheme of Investigation drawn up by GK Heritage in consultation with Steve Reed of the Devon County Historic Environment Team.
