Abstract: |
Northamptonshire Archaeology undertook a recording survey and watching brief at Eastbury Manor, Barking, Essex for the National Trust during the renovation of the south wall of the west garden. The wall was dismantled and rebuilt slightly higher in new footings with the original bricks and reclaimed bricks of similar type. The wall had shallow footings and was probably contemporary with the Elizabethan Manor. There had been alterations and minor repairs since it was built. |
