Abstract: |
Statement of Significance: Manchester meeting house has high significance as a good example of an urban late Georgian meeting house in the region, designed by the leading Manchester architect of the day, to replace an earlier meeting house on the site. The interior has less heritage significance due to many phases of alteration, but is important as a popular venue for a wide range of community activities. |
