Abstract: |
In September 2008, North Pennines Archaeology Limited were commissioned to undertake a photographic survey before, during and after the construction of a single-storey extension against the west elevation of Aughton Old Hall, Aughton, Ormskirk (SD 391 055) (Planning Application Ref: 2008/0578/FUL). Aughton Old Hall is a Grade II Listed Building dating from the 15th century and altered in the 18th century. The building is located in the St Michael's Conservation Area, to the north of the church. |
