This document is an archaeological standing building survey of Sunnyside, Watling Street, Little Brickhill, Buckinghamshire (SP 90853 32505), commissioned from Archaeological Building Recording Services (ABRS) by Platinum Land and Development in advance of the proposed conservation of the building and return to residential use. Sunnyside is a complex, multiphase building, there is cartographic evidence of a building on the site from the 18th century. The historic building recording has recorded a number of features which may suggested an earlier date, potentially mid 17th century. There is clear evidence that the building was originally timber framed and was most likely
