Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was carried out on land at Binhamy Farm during the excavation of a trench for an underground high voltage electricity cable, which was located close to a medieval moated site. Archaeological features included a metalled trackway in alignment with the entrance to the medieval moated site, a demolition layer, and undated ditches and pits. The finds assemblage consists of a small collection of medieval ridge tile, some early post-medieval pottery and a lead shot.
