Abstract: |
Archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken by South West Archaeology Ltd. in advance of the proposed construction of 11 dwellings with access and parking on land at Roscarrack House, Bickland Water Road, Falmouth. The site occupies the eastern garden of Roscarrack House, a Grade II listed building on the western outskirts of Falmouth. It is on land recorded by the Cornwall and Scilly Historic Environment Record (HER) as being anciently enclosed land. The HER also records a potential round to the east of the proposed development. |
