Abstract:		 Geophysical surveys as part of an archaeological field evaluation of a proposed wind farm site at Gores near Peterborough.The surveys were commissioned by Headland Archaeology (UK) Ltd on behalf of West Coast Energy Ltd. Ground conditions at this site are highly responsive to magnetic surveying, and a complex sequence of superimposed features and disturbances has been detected. The only clearly identifiable findings which may represent archaeological features include part of a circular feature which could represent a barrow ditch, and other possible nearby pits and ditches.
