The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The monitoring of the excavation of two foundation trenches and five padstone pits identified a series of three 'made ground' deposits of post-medieval date. A single, residual, sherd of XXearly medievalXX pottery in the earliest post-medieval context indicates medieval occupation at the site. Approximately a metre below modern ground level, a possible medieval 'made-ground' or occupation layer was also identified, though no datable material was recovered.
