Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 39 hectares of arable, pasture and turf fields. A number of archaeological and possible archaeological features have been identified. The eastern site contains a high number of features indicative of enclosures and trackways. A large area of complex positive features is interpreted as an area of archaeological pitting. A large number of closely spaced parallel linear features have been identified representing different phases of agricultural activity. |
