Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 11.7 hectares of grassland. The survey has identified probable archaeological anomalies relating to former enclosures, field boundaries, and ridge and furrow cultivation. A number of possible archaeological anomalies can also be seen; however these could equally be of natural or agricultural origin. The remaining anomalies are of natural or modern origin, relating to underground services, a fence line, agricultural activity, made ground, scattered magnetic debris and ferrous objects. |
